Return Policy Returns or Exchanges. 

We have a free 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. All purchases are final after 30 days without exceptions. Your item must arrive back to us within 30 days from the day you receive your order. This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please email us at jeluxejewelrybylea@gmail.com. Please include the name on the order, the order number, items to be returned/exchanged and the items and sizes desired for exchange if applicable. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once your return/exchange requests are approved, you will be sent a return shipping label via email to ship out your items as soon as possible. Refund: Once we receive your returned package a member from our return department team will inspect and issue you an online credit. 

We do not offer money back refunds on returned items. Online credits are sent via email to the email used at checkout. Please allow 5 Business days for our return department to process your return once it arrives back to us. 

Request or Return: Before starting a return below, please double check your return still falls within the allowable days to ensure it does not get rejected. Any returned package that arrives back after the 30th day would be sent back regardless of approval. All Earrings and Final Sale Items are final sale, and as such they are not eligible for return or exchange.
